HL-M500A Semi-Automatic Book cover making machine is suitable for wrapping and flattening notebooks, photo albums, folders, and hardcover bookcases. It can be edged and flattened at the same time.Adopt PLC operating system;
- This machine adoptsautomatic paper feeding structure, the whole action is fully pneumatically controlled, and the structure is simple and reasonable.
- The width adjustment of the stacking platform and the feeding platform adopts the center concentric adjustment, and the operation is simple and error-free.
- The cardboard feeding table adopts linear guide rail, which is accurate.
- The suction table adopts a high-power suction fan to make the paper stable and accurate.
- The paper conveying positioning system adopts imported high-precision photoelectric control, which makes the positioning of paper and cardboard more accurate and reliable.
- The rear-mounted automatic four-side edge removal machine adopts a unique automatic angle-pressing and edge-pressing mechanism to ensure the qualified rate of finished products.
