INTRODUCT

HH-658 is the innovative multi-functional folder gluer machine designed by our company independently. The machine breaks the traditional concept of single-deck folder gluer machine. It’s double-deck that saves the space. We design the conveyor under the main machine. The length is 4.5 meters, which makes the boxes stick more firm. It’s convenient for the next process. It combines a variety of folder gluer characteristics. It changes many disadvantages of crash lock bottom folder gluer machines, such as complicated structure, difficult operating and high cost. Machine plate uses laser cutting, punching and flanging; the equipment structure is more reasonable; the assembly is more accurate; the operation is more stable. Power transmission uses synchronous belt; high speed and low noise; more safety. The maximum speed is 200m/min; the standard box is 50000 pcs. per hour.
